Steele Raymond LLP is a firm of  solicitors at the heart of commercial law in the South West region. Our exceptional team provides a highly valued, personal service to a wide range of business and individual clients.

We are committed to recruiting motivated and ambitious trainees as they form a key part of this firm's future. Some of our partners, associates and solicitors are former trainees, including the chairman, Tim Stone.

We provide our trainees with a comprehensive training programme within an open and supportive working environment. The programme consists of four six-month placements in different departments within the firm. When allocating placements, we always try to accommodate the preferences of the trainee whilst taking into account the needs of the individual teams.

Trainees are designated a supervising partner within each placement to ensure that they receive extensive training during their time within each team. The trainee will have the benefit of a review every three months with his or her supervisor and the trainee partner.
