LawCareers.Net announces nominees for Student Law Society Awards 2022

The nominees for the eighth annual Student Law Society Awards (SLS) have been revealed, after LawCareers.Net received 30 submissions from presidents and committees and nearly 2,500 submissions from society members.

The 2022 SLS Awards aim to highlight the fantastic work of student law societies at universities all over the UK. There are 13 individual award categories (see list below) which celebrate the best societies for everything from pro bono activities, to supporting first-year law students and increasing diversity.

This year the ‘Best society for welfare’ award was introduced following a suggestion from a society at last year’s awards.

The awards ceremony will take place at 116 Pall Mall on Thursday 17 March 2022 and will bring together representatives from the prestigious sponsor firms and nominated student law societies.
