Trainee lawyers at RK receive high-quality hands-on training throughout a two year training programme. Our trainees undertake four six-month seats, rotating between departments, giving them an opportunity to gain invaluable experience in both contentious and non-contentious practice. We see our trainees as our lawyers of the future, which is why we ensure that trainees are mentored by our most experienced lawyers who are some of the best and brightest legal minds in their fields. We have an excellent record of retaining trainee solicitors on qualification and we aim to recruit trainees who are interested in making a long term commitment to the firm.
