#10000BlackInterns aims to transform the "horizons of young Black talent with paid internships across 25+ sectors" and is supported by several well-known organisations, including Simmons & Simmons LLP and LinkedIn.
The programme has been designed to kickstart the careers of its candidates. It matches successful candidates with a paid internship in a sector of interest and supports candidates with pre-internship training and development. It's had more than 700 companies pledge to unlock opportunities such as Bird & Bird, Osborne Clarke LLP, Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, Freeths LLP and RPC.
