Accounting giant Deloitte has announced a three-year training contract that incorporates one study day a week for trainees to prepare for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.

I’m beginning to understand the mechanics of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE). The Solicitors Regulation Authority’s latest report shows a drop in overall pass rate for the first part of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE), SQE1, from 53% in the November 2021 sitting to 51% in the January 2023 sitting.

The latest results for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) assessments have been released with the overall pass rate of the summer 2023 sittings of SQE2 at 79% – up 2% compared to the April/May 2023 sittings.

Thursday 20 January 2022 is the first results day for part one of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE). Candidates who sat SQE1 in November 2021 received their results at 3:00pm today via their SQE candidate accounts.
