Legal counsel apprentice
An exciting opportunity to join Nichino Europe as a legal counsel apprentice!
The role includes:
- advising on legal matters and transactions;
- using legal knowledge and skills to provide solutions for the business;
- completing legal research;
- interviewing and advising stakeholders on legal matters and transactions;
- advocating and negotiating on behalf of stakeholders/the company in legal matters and transactions;
- drafting legal documents;
- reviewing and advising on legal documents;
- communicating and explaining complex legal and compliance matters to the staff of the business and its affiliates;
- establishing and mainting of effective professional relationships internally and externally;
- managing and prioritising work and schedule compliance;
- providing legal support and assistance for the business;
- assisting in ensuring that the business department maintains a very high level of integrity, compliance and governance; and
- supporting managers in the delivery of company business objectives.
The role will require a flexible approach with the job holder carrying out various support functions, which may include analysis of data, assistance to managers, organisation, maintenance of data/systems and other functions.
