Your key duties include:
- engaging fully with your apprenticeship training programme, making the most of expert learning sessions, coaching and practical opportunities;
- completing all modules, activities and assessments on time, building confidence and capability as you progress;
- applying your growing legal knowledge to real cases and tasks, working both independently and alongside experienced colleagues;
- maintaining accurate apprenticeship records, including a logbook and portfolio or work, capturing the projects and experiences that demonstrate your development; and
- successfully completing your end-point assessment, demonstrating the professional behaviours, legal knowledge and technical skills needed to achieve your Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship and take the next step in your legal career.
