Graduate solicitor apprenticeship

Your graduate solicitor apprenticeship is a two year and eight months learning position containing the SQE 1 prep and SQE2 route to qualification. This is an extremely varied position, which will teach and develop skills in the following:

• legal research;
• negotiations;
• project management;
• document management;
• drafting basic legal documents; administrative support;
• client care; and
• client progression.

You'll develop your hard and soft skill sets which will continue to develop and progress throughout your legal career.

Classroom study will be undertaken one day a week supported by BPP. Study includes English legal system, contract law, tort, client care, legal research and public law in years one and two. Land law, company law, trusts, professional conduct, advocacy, and negotiation in years three and four. Dispute resolution, wills, probate, criminal, property law and practice in years five and six.
