Of the firm's 17 partners, 14 provide real estate legal services with 70% of our workforce dedicated to this sector. Our real estate team is very much supported by our business law teams who deliver dispute resolution/litigation, corporate commercial and employment law and we also have a very strong private client department.

Our client base is very diverse, we work with household name deveopment and investor clients through to luxury retail shops and outlets. We have particular expertise in retail and leisure sector particularly with regard to the hotel industry.

The firm has recently won two Awards and been commended in the FT Innovative Lawyers Report for it's collaboration of an automated onboarding solution for identity checking/anti money laundering procedure.

The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for its real estate capability.

Over the duration of your training contract, you will embark on a rotation of four seats, three usually within different departments of our real estate group and one with our litigation team. We believe this will allow you to experience the very many and varied roles over this learning process.  It will also allow you to hone your craft of a being a very able member of the professional team.
