We are seeing a Plot conveyancer to assist the plot conveyancing team by supporting our house builder clients to ensure quick and efficient exchanges and completions of their plot sales.
The plot sales team is headed up by partner David Roberts and you will work closely with six other Plot conveyancers dealing with enquires, creating documents and providing updates for developers, clients, agents and purchasers regarding the sale and purchase of plots. The plot sales team is part of the wider real estate NSL which is headed up by partner, Beverley Firth.
You will have the drive to work in a fast paced, high pressure working environment. You must have good attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis. Training will be provided.
To be considered for the role you will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, excellent written English, the ability to work productively under pressure and meet deadlines.
