Company secretarial assistant - corporate and commercial

What does the role involve?
We are looking for a full time company secretarial assistant to provide support on a wide variety of company secretarial transactions. The role is based in our Norwich office, supporting the company secretary. The work includes: 

  • company incorporations;
  • on-going maintenance of company registers and share movements using Blueprint OneWorld;
  • drafting minutes and shareholder resolutions;
  • co-ordinating and submitting filings to Companies House;
  • company secretarial support on large corporate transactions;
  • effective prioritising when under pressure;
  • providing fee estimates and service information internally and directly to clients.

What experience is required?
You will have at least 12 months corporate or legal experience, good academics, excellent written English and research skills.
