Paralegal (plot conveyancing)
What does the role involve?
You will provide paralegal support to the plot sales team, which is part of the wider real estate national service line (“NSL”). The plot sales team provides quick and efficient exchanges and completions of plot sales. You will support the team with deeds of covenant work, enquires, creating and checking documents and any related legal admin support as required.
Based in our Norwich office, you will be part of the wider real estate national service line (“NSL”).

What experience is required?
You must have good attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis. You will be able to adapt in a fast paced, high pressure working environment with a willingness to support a very busy team.
What skills and attributes would I need?
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent written English
- At least one year's experience of working in a legal environment.
- The ability to work productively under pressure and meet deadlines
