Graduate recruitment at Hogan Lovells

Each year Hogan Lovells aims to recruit between 50-60 students to join the firm's trainee solicitor programme and up to 45 summer and winter vacation scheme students. The firm has a successful track-record of developing its trainee solicitors with over one third of the London partners having joined the firm via this route. For further details of the firm's graduate recruitment and trainee development, visit our website at www.hoganlovells.com/graduates.

The recruitment market for the most talented students is highly competitive and Hogan Lovells needs to work hard to promote and differentiate itself from its major competitors. The firm has established relationships at a number of key universities and it is committed to a structured programme of marketing events to support a future pipeline of high calibre applicants. In addition to law fairs, we invest in targeted sponsorships and a programme of events, including skills workshop, drinks receptions and open days.
