Private wealth law firm Boodle Hatfield LLP has reported expected revenue of £49.5 million for the 2025/26 financial year, marking its second consecutive year of double-digit growth.

The figure represents a near-15% increase on the previous year’s outturn. The firm said it has grown by just under 70% over the past five years and is on track to double its revenue compared with a decade ago.

Boodle Hatfield said the results reflected strong performance across the firm. It pointed to its work for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, funds, estates and entrepreneurs as part of its broader focus on private capital.

The firm has continued to invest in its core service areas and international practices, recruiting three lateral partners and promoting two lawyers to the partnership over the past year.

Commenting on this year’s results, senior partner Andrea Zavos said: “It is rewarding to see our strategic focus on private capital and key practice areas deliver such strong financial performance.

Delivering double digit growth against a turbulent macroeconomic backdrop is testament to our talented and versatile team and a reflection of the whole firm’s dedication to excellent client service delivery.”
