Ethnicity.Talent.Law London event
Ethnicity.Talent.Law brings together students from ethnically diverse backgrounds with people from Addleshaw Goddard, as part of a growing effort to increase ethnic diversity within the legal sector.
Key figures from Addleshaw Goddard will share their stories, experiences and the challenges that they've faced during their careers and provide a platform for students to gain advice on the recruitment processes and much more.
This three part event will consist of experiences and journeys into the legal profession and offering advice to participants on the following.
Application process insights
A session centred on what students should or could be doing to help them succeed in the application process, while looking at how they can highlight their differences in a positive way.
Panel discussion – how to leverage your difference
Panel discussion with a group of practising solicitors from a range of different backgrounds and levels of qualification from Addleshaw Goddard, sharing their thoughts as to how they can “leverage their difference” in their careers.
Networking
The opportunity to network with trainees and fee earners from the London office in an informal setting.
