We're focused on actively supporting our female colleagues and on this open day you'll have the opportunity to hear about a few of the initiatives that we have in place including mentoring, networking and collaborating with clients. You'll also have the chance to hear from some of our senior female lawyers who will share their stories. Of course, just like at every other open day, you can get involved in interactive workshops and practice group overviews.
