Vicarage Court Solicitors, a small specialist thriving firm with CQS accreditation, is seeking to recruit a solicitor or a conveyancing paralegal with a minimum of three years dual experience in commercial and residential property to join a growing property department to start immediately.
The successful applicant must be confident with all aspects of commercial and residential conveyancing and have a strong background of landlord and tenant matters, investor portfolio acquisitions, restructuring and disposals and debt finance/banking. Preference will be shown to candidates who have a client base.
Supervision will be provided and there is every opportunity for the individual to take on greater responsibility and develop their career.
Vicarage Court Solicitors are also seeking an enthusiastic and personable conveyancing secretary with a minimum of three years experience to start immediately. The candidate must have a good handle of all pre-completion and post-completion administration and be experienced in digital audio-typing.
The successful candidate will be working for two individuals who are a part of a large team and must have excellent organisational abilities and be able to manage his/her own time. The work is fast paced and challenging and for the right individual will provide an opportunity for him or her to enhance and add to their skills and become an integrated part of the team.
