Could you be one of the London Legal Support Trust's interns in 2013?
We are looking for a new online media and fundraising intern and an events management intern.
Who are we?
The London Legal Support Trust (LLST) raises funds, mostly from the legal profession, to support free legal advice centres (law centres and similar agencies) in London and the South East as well as helping them to improve and become more sustainable.
Our main fundraising event of the year is the London Legal Walk. This has grown from a small group of around 300 lawyers walking eight years ago and raising about £36,000 to the 2012 walk having 6,000 walkers (mostly lawyers) and raising £540,000! Teams of walkers came from all parts of the legal profession. Walk leaders included the Lord Chief Justice, the Master of the Rolls, the DPP, the Attorney and Solicitor Generals, the Presidents of the Law Society and CILEx, and the Chair of the Bar Council.
This year's walk will be held on Monday 20 May we want it to be bigger and better than ever.
To achieve this we need more help!
