Brandsmiths are looking for a paralegal to assist our fast-expanding practice.
The candidate will be available for an immediate start, have completed the LPC, and, ideally, have previous experience working as a paralegal.
Brandsmiths is a boutique firm focused on intellectual property, sport, litigation and commercial work. The firm is also developing a strong practice in related areas such as defamation, privacy, harassment and advising fast-growth clients on investments.
We act for a wide range of clients including established brands such as BMW, Microsoft, Lucozade, Rolls Royce, Speedo, Mini, Ribena, and Umbro, along with fast growing exciting business such as Beverly Hills Polo Club and Pavegen. In sport, we represent high profile individuals such as David Haye and football clubs including QPR.
Duties will include supporting fee earners in all matters by producing bundles, conducting legal research and assembling documents. The role will provide the opportunity to develop and showcase key legal skills such as writing letters and drafting contracts. You will also be expected to carry out a degree of firm’s administration/data entry work.
Candidates should enjoy working on their own, as well as part of a team, be enthusiastic to learn, willing to receive instruction and training and be a good communicator, both verbally and written
