Research analyst (Lexology)

We have an exciting opportunity in our Croydon office for a research analyst to join our highly respected, fast-growing business.

As a research analyst, you will join the Editorial Services Division to work on the market-leading Lexology service. You will be responsible for adding contributor articles to the Lexology administration system and maintaining a list of contributor firms. Lexology collaborates with the world's leading lawyers and other thought leaders to deliver tailored updates and analysis to the desktops of business professionals worldwide on a daily basis, and now has more than 300,000 subscribers around the world.

The person

You will be educated to degree level (2.1 minimum is expected). Some data entry experience and a legal background would be advantageous, but is not necessary. You will have exceptional Microsoft Office and organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Use the Lexology administration system to add articles from contributing firms, following relevant instructions from firms and/or client services.
• Assume responsibility for a list of contributing firms and ensure that their content is kept up to date in line with agreed timescales.
• Apply internal formatting guidelines to ensure consistency across the publication.
