Property Lawyer (Two - four years PQE)
We are seeking a driven and pro-active property lawyer to join our flourishing eight partner practice in London EC1. A continued influx of work and new clients has led to the creation of this vacancy, which is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to take a step up into a highly regarded practice. Working closely with the firm’s partners within an established team, you will manage a diverse and challenging commercial and residential caseload to include: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; granting of leases; investment property; landlord and tenant and secured lending.
This is a hands-on role with a high level of client contact offering excellent career progression prospects for the right candidate. You must be a qualified Solicitor with two - four years’ PQE gained within a reputable property department, capable of managing your own caseload and with excellent technical skills.
You will need to be a team player, be able to work on your own initiative, possess excellent client care and communication skills and be commercially aware.
Salary competitive and commensurate with experience.
