Jaswal Johnston LLP is a niche firm of solicitors based in the heart of London’s West End. Jaswal Johnston specialises in property, company and commercial, litigation, immigration and private client.
We are offering a paralegal position with the potential for this to develop into a training contract. Jaswal Johnston has a great track record for retaining trainees post qualification.
The role:
The successful candidate will assist partners and fee earners in the residential and commercial property and immigration departments. The role carries extensive responsibility and the opportunity to gain thorough experience in a leading firm.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2.1 law degree qualification (or 2.1 non-law degree with GDL qualification)
- LPC qualification desirable
- Previous legal experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail and communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to multi task, re-prioritise and work to strict deadlines where necessary
- Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
