Job description
The role is predominantly administrative but leads to a training contract or paralegal role. Full training will be given with on-going support thereafter if required. The position enables the employee to obtain an overview of the workings of the firm, gain a valuable head start to a training contract / paralegal position and learn and understand common legal issues relating to employment law claims. The role is rewarding and will provide the employee a feel for the firm before committing to their next role.
