North Norfolk is an attractive rural district with beautiful coastline, fantastic landscapes and big skies within easy reach of the fine city of Norwich.
At eastlaw, we believe that our people are our biggest asset.
eastlaw is a successful, award winning legal practice hosted by North Norfolk District Council, providing legal services to local authorities, charities, housing associations and not for profit organisations.
We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic trainee or legal assistant into the team. The trainee solicitor role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who has completed the LPC, to complete a two year full time training contract or should you not be in a position to start a training contract then you should apply for a legal assistant role. Within the practice we cover the full range of local government functions and work for other public sector providers so you will get an opportunity to experience all the areas that a public sector practice can offer both contentious and non-contentious work.
If you believe that you have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service to our clients and be a part of our future, we would like to hear from you.
North Norfolk District Council is committed to equality and diversity in employment and encourages applications from all sections of the community.
We offer employees a friendly working environment, flexible working hours, a career average pension scheme and take pride in achieving Investors in People Gold standard.
