Training contract & commercial property solicitor/paralegal

We are inviting applications for a position which is immediately available with a view to the commencement of a training contract to commence September 2016 and request candidates with the following criteria to apply:

• Law degree - minimum 2.1 or above with all round solid academics;
• LPC with commendation grade or above;
• A broad range of experience in a reputable practice with a minimum of 3 year’s experience in all aspects of commercial property and Landlord & Tenant Act 1954/commercial leases;
• Specific interest in commercial property transactions;
• Competent IT skills and familiarity with the use of data rooms

Comercial property solicitor/legal exec/paralegal 3-6 years PQE

Location: Birmingham

Salary: competitive, depending on experience

We are seeking a solicitor with strong academic qualifications specialising in all aspects of commercial property/Landlord & Tenant 1954 matters with a minimum of 3-6 PQE (or a paralegal/legal exec with equivalent experience) to join our busy property and healthcare team.

The applicant will be required to take responsibility for sales, purchases and refinances of commercial properties and should have a detailed and varied exposure to drafting and negotiation of all legal documents. The role is fast paced and the candidate will need to show an appetite to working in a high a pressure environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.

The applicant will be exposed to a breadth of high quality commercial work on behalf of individuals, corporates and institutions with client service delivery as the paramount objective.
