Assistant solicitor - NQ/1Y PQE
The opportunity
KW Law LLP are currently looking for a newly qualified to one year assistant solicitor with experience in insolvency or commercial litigation or corporate, for an assistant role to the partners, dealing with a primarily contentious caseload.
The person
- Candidates should have a strong academic background
- Experience of marketing to clients would be an asset
- Connection with the Midlands would be a preference
- Must have excellent IT skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Full clean driving licence required
The firm
KW Law is a niche practice which acts primarily for Licenced Insolvency Practitioners in contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. Alongside this caseload, the firm acts for directors, lenders and businessmen in dealing with commercial disputes.
