We are looking to recruit a trainee solicitor to join the in-house legal services team in 2017.
The council’s in-house legal and democratic services team of 10 provides a comprehensive service to its client departments on contentious and non contentious matters of law including:
As well as having the opportunity to develop your professional skills, knowledge and legal career in local government within a friendly and highly supportive team, you will help support the council’s six lawyers in providing accurate practical legal advice to client officers and assist them in securing continuous service improvements across the council.
