Litigation paralegal (commercial recoveries)

Our clients are commercial business, not-for-profit organisations, government agencies and private individuals.
Role purpose
This role is based within the commercial recoveries team at our Portsmouth office. You will manage your own caseload of predominately landlord and tenant cases. Practical training will be given to you to assist you with managing your caseload, which will include serving notices seeking possession, issuing court proceedings, and obtaining and enforcing possession orders.

- Client management skills
- A legal background / previous experience within a law firm will be helpful, although this does not have to be within debt recovery
- Experience in landlord and tenant matters whether in the legal sector or property rental sector will be helpful
- CILEX (part or full) preferred, but not essential
- Good GCSEs and / or A levels
