We are uniquely positioned for expansive growth having won many new insurer clients and have opportunities for team leaders and legal advisors to join our Fareham personal injury team, located in modern open plan offices:

Team leaders:
Responsible for leading, inspiring, managing and motivating the team to deliver the business KPI's and financial performance, whilst ensuring the team consistently delivers a high standard of client service

Legal advisors:

Non-contentious team
Managing MOJ cases under the portal system upto and including the issue of Part 7.

Contentious team
Managing a litigated caseload from issue to trial.

The person:

• Knowledge and understanding of the personal injury claims management process, including:
  • Managing and progressing a caseload
  • Liability and Risk Assessments
  • Assessing quantum
  • Utilising the case management system work flows
• A confident litigator with a working knowledge of CPR
• Experience of working in a target driven and customer-focused environment
• Excellent communications skills, with the ability to build rapport and show empathy
• Computer literate, with experience of case management systems
