The role
We are looking for bright and ambitious graduates to work in our real estate team:
The role will include:
- active day to day support of the team lawyers as required
- direct exposure to clients
- assisting in the production of title and other client reports
- conducting and managing online search enquiries
- legal research
- drafting correspondence
- scanning copying and pagination
- providing administrative support where necessary
Abilities
Candidates must have either completed the LPC and ideally possess:
- minimum 2.1 degree classification
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- IT skills (Word, Outlook and web-based applications)
- excellent organisational skills
The candidate should be able to demonstrate
- an enthusiastic pro-active and hardworking attitude
- a 'can-do' approach
- a willingness to learn
We hope to develop our paralegals into future partners and therefore we would expect applicants to live within a commutable distance of North Staffordshire or be prepared to relocate.
The role is full time beginning immediately and permanent attracting a salary of £13,000 per annum which will be reviewed after three months, six months and one year.
