Legal advisor (legal advice team)

The role
Due to an exciting period of growth we are currently looking for an advisor to join our legal advice team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals to join one of the UK’s largest personal injury firms

To be considered for the role you will have completed your LPC or BPTC qualified

You will offer world class customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients coming in to the business. You will be on hand to provide legal advice on a broad spectrum of the law including family/matrimonial matters, consumer issues, property, wills & probate and employment law.

You will work with clients to resolve legal queries, handling client records and administration and providing coherent legal advice. Your clients will consist of various union and affinity members as well as insurance policyholders.

About you
In addition to possessing energy and excellence in all that you do, you will be a confident communicator with a highly professional approach. 

You will need to be well organised, with excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and in writing. You will also be able to understand the needs of clients empathise and provide a high level of client care at all times.

To be considered for the role you must:

• Be LPC or BPTC qualified
• Have good IT skills
• Have a confident and professional telephone manner
• Have experience in legal research on legal databases such as PLC
