Family law caseworker

Our busy family department is now looking to recruit for the next generation of lawyers committed to a career in family law. We have two vacancies for family law caseworkers.

We seek candidates that have a proven keen interest in family law. One of the vacancies is for a caseworker with a passion for public law care proceedings and a willingness to train to become a court advocate.

You'll assist our family solicitors with the preparation of their cases and have considerable client contact. You'll receive excellent training, supervision and support.

You'll start as a caseworker and, after successfully completing a six-month probationary period, you'll be eligible to start a period of recognised training. Training contracts are available to those who have completed their Legal Practice Course. For those who are qualifying through the Solicitors Qualifying Exam route, the work you do as a caseworker will count towards the required two years of qualifying work experience.
