This is a rare opportunity to join our thriving and expanding property department.
The successful candidate will become involved in the preparation of legal documentation, SDLT returns, Land registry and companies house applications, maintaining files, searches, enquiries and research. Some experience of working on property matters would be desirable but full supervision and guidance will be given.
General attributes
We are looking for a bright, energetic and enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and seeking a career in law. An excellent command of English grammar and spelling is essential as well as having an ability to work independently and under pressure. The successful candidate will have the ability to work with a document and email management system, databases and office IT systems.
