Brian Barr Solicitors are seeking an LPC graduate to commence a training contract in November/December 2019.
Candidates should have a strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) and a minimum merit in their LPC (and GDL if appropriate).
Brian Barr Solicitors is a niche firm which specialises in high value and complex chronic pain litigation. We act for claimants in personal injury, clinical negligence, professional negligence and critical illness insurance policy claims.
Located in Greater Manchester, we are recognised as the leading firm for chronic pain litigation and we act for clients across the whole of England and Wales.
As a trainee solicitor you will be expected to assist with a partner’s existing caseload. You will be expected to hit the ground running, demonstrate initiative and have good analytical and organisational skills. You will be a valuable point of contact for clients, experts and barristers and therefore will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Relevant experience would be preferred though is not essential.
