Commercial contracts assistant
Frazer-Nash Consultancy Limited is a world class leading engineering consultancy.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a law graduate who has a particular interest in contracts and commercial law to join us in our small legal team. The role will partly consist of an administrative function including ensuring a comprehensive database of final contracts is kept up-to-date, and assisting with internal approval processes. The role will also involve reviewing legal documents (including commercial terms and conditions of companies across various industry sectors, non-disclosure agreements, terms of employment etc) and drafting responses which are consistent with the company’s insurance and risk structure.
Candidates should live within commutable distance of our Dorking office.
Selection criteria:
- 2.1 degree in law
- LPC
