Carter Rose LLP is a leading PI specialist law firm. The firm infuses high street law with commercial. We currently have an opportunity for a candidate to join our personal injury department on a permanent basis. You need to be able to hit the ground running.
The role will involve handling RTA, employers liability and public liability files from taking initial instructions through to conclusion, the successful candidate will be familiar with the full ambit. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of 150-180 cases.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate confidence when dealing with clients and third parties, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, have excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task efficiently.
The candidate will also have strong knowledge and understanding of the personal injury sector and demonstrate flair and creativity in complex cases. The successful applicant will also display knowledge of the changes in the personal injury sector.
The successful candidate must have at least one year's experience in the field.
