Commercial litigation lawyer

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic lawyer to join our busy commercial litigation team at Kettering.

The role would initially provide support to the team on the full range of disputes that businesses and individuals encounter, to include breach of contract, shareholder/directors disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, property/land disputes and costs.

We are looking for a person with experience of the civil procedure rules, a willingness to learn and develop new areas of specialism, and an enthusiasm for marketing. Essential skills are an attention to detail and an ability to perform under pressure in a supported environment.

The role would therefore suit an experienced paralegal or a qualified (or soon to be qualified) Legal executive.
