The Solicitors’ Charity has introduced The Legal Pause, a new podcast focused on promoting solicitor wellbeing across England and Wales.
In bite-sized 30-minute episodes, the podcast shares actionable advice on challenges solicitors face – including stress management, financial wellbeing, emotional resilience and maintaining connection in a changing legal landscape.
The podcast is hosted by CEO of The Solicitors’ Charity Nick Gallagher, who has two decades of experience leading legal charities, such as LawWorks, Advocate and Support through Court. Gallager will speak to a range of experts, partners and thought leaders across the profession.
Gallagher said: “Solicitors dedicate their careers to helping others, but too often, they do so at the expense of their own wellbeing. The Legal Pause is about giving the profession a moment to breathe – a space for open, engaging conversations that put solicitors’ wellbeing first.”
