The latest episode of The LawCareers.Net Podcast has been released and includes tips on how students can look after their mental health during lockdown.
The 14th episode of the monthly podcast looks at how aspiring and junior lawyers can protect their mental health, and what resources are out there in the legal community. It features an interview with Elizabeth Rimmer, chief executive of legal mental health charity LawCare who discusses how important it is for law students and junior lawyers to consider their wellbeing, changing attitudes towards mental health in the profession, and what resources and information are available for those who are struggling.
