Kingsley Napley LLP has reported revenues of £77.3 million for the year ended 31 March 2026, an 8% increase on the previous year, alongside an 8% rise in net profit to £23.3 million. Profit per equity partner also increased by 4% to £413,000.

The results come as the independent law firm unveils a new strategic vision under managing partner Matt Meyer, who took office on 1 April 2025. The new strategy focuses on the law firm's core practice areas of advisory and transactional, disputes and investigations private client, and family, while aiming to remain agile and responsive to market opportunities and shifts.

Kingsley Napley said the strategy is designed to maximise its strengths as an independent law firm, with an entrepreneurial approach, international outlook and a focus on data and innovation. It’s also launched a new visual identity, which it says reflects its independence and ambitions for growth.

Commenting on the results, Meyer said: “I am very pleased with these results, but even more excited for the next phase of our journey, which I expect will see us achieve a real step-change in our growth and profitability.

“Our new strategy is not simply about financial results, however. It is about success measured in the widest sense – by our impact on clients, on the law, on the communities we serve and the growth of our colleagues. I am a strong believer in performance with purpose, and this is how I wish us to be judged going forward.

“Over the coming years I am confident we will begin to see the fruits of this clearly defined commercial direction and the investments we are already making in our business.”

This year, Kingsley Napley continued its investment in legal talent, appointing Kelly Greig, Silvia Devecchi, Romilly Holland, Tim Lowles, Tristan Cox-Chung, Paul Davidoff and Kiran Vasudeva as partners.

The firm also expanded its investment in technology through a collaboration with Kalisa to launch KNavigate, an AI-driven knowledge platform that’s being rolled out to both clients and employees.

In addition, Kingsley Napley’s REACH employee network was named Outstanding Ethnicity Network of the Year at the British Diversity Awards.

According to the firm, the latest financial results represent positive momentum as it begins the next phase of growth under its new strategy.
