The Guardian has published its annual university league tables, with subject specific grading as well as overall assessment.
In law, UCL tops the league, with a perfect 100/100 score in the 'Guardian ranking' category, which is an "exclusive rating of excellence based on a combination of all the other factors". It also scores very highly in the 'satisfied with course' and 'satisfied with teaching' categories.
At number two is the University of Oxford, followed by London School of Economics in at number three. Cambridge just misses out on a top-three spot, coming in at number four.
Check out the law league and overall ratings, in which Cambridge and Oxford take the top two spots once again (as they did in 2011 and 2012). There is also an interesting discussion of how the paper puts the league tables together.
