First round of SQE1 bookings to close soon

The booking window for November’s Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE), SQE1, will close at 5:00pm on Monday 27 September.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is encouraging candidates hoping to sit SQE1 in November to complete their booking as soon as possible as paces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Before booking, aspiring lawyers must create an account and register as SQE candidates first. To do this, candidates will need to:
- visit the SQE assessment website to sign up;
- verify their photo identification;
- complete a diversity survey;
- outline any exemptions (qualified lawyers only); and
- request any reasonable adjustments.
