Black Men in Law – Kingsley Napley LLP x Bridging Barriers Insight Day

Kingsley Napley is proud to partner with Bridging Barriers to host an in-person Insight Day on Monday 9 March 2026, designed specifically for young men of Black or mixed Black heritage who are interested in pursuing a career in law. This event offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the legal profession, explore different practice areas, and benefit from interview practice and recruitment guidance to support your future career pathway.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to attend, you must be a man of Black or mixed Black heritage, 18 or over and either one of the following:

• A university student in at least your second year 
• A recent graduate
• Exploring solicitor apprenticeships 
• A career changer exploring entry routes into the legal profession

Spaces for this insight day are limited and are considered on a rolling basis, we therefore encourage you to apply as early as possible to maximise your chances of securing a place.

After registering, you'll receive a short questionnaire designed to help us understand your interest in the event and assess suitability. The process is selective, but not highly competitive. Please ensure you complete the questionnaire in full.
