King's College London Bar and Mooting Society Networking with Black and Asian barristers
An opportunity for students to network with Black and Asian barristers from all practise areas, reshaping the image many students have of the Bar. Dame Linda Dobbs, the first ever non-white person to be appointed to the Senior Judiciary of the UK will appear as guest speaker.
Dame Linda Dobbs will begin the evening with a short speech. Cake & Counsel will then organise a speed networking activity to ensure students meet as many barristers in the room as possible. This will be followed by a drinks reception.
The Arcade is located on the ground floor of Bush House.
