Have you thought about a career in the City and what it's like for LGBT people working there?
If you think the world of law, banking or accountancy might be for you, come along and chat with senior representatives from these sectors on 8 March 2012 from 6pm onwards.
The event will provide LGBT students with the opportunity to find out what each profession is really like, both as a career and as an LGBT-friendly environment. The format will be a short panel discussion, followed by an informal Q&A session and drinks reception.
Freshfields are hosting this event and will invite some of their top clients from around the City to join the panel. Currently confirmed are Ben Summerskill, the chief executive of UK gay and lesbian charity Stonewall, Gavin Wills, managing director of Goldman Sachs and Andrew Austin, dispute resolution partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
If you are interested in attending, please drop us a short email to [email protected], telling us why you would like to attend this event.
