Hi I'm Phil, otherwise known as The Neurodivergent Lawyer. I am an aspiring lawyer qualifying via CILEX, and an autism and neurodiversity advocate. I'll be sharing my experiences of life as a paralegal and qualifying via an alternative route to the training contract, things that I think are worth knowing at the junior stage, as well as promoting greater acceptance, understanding, empowerment and inclusion of autistic and neurodivergent lawyers at all career stages.
