Immigration and public law caseworkers

Wilson Solicitors LLP are one of the leading firms in the UK for immigration, refugee, and public law. We are looking to recruit caseworkers to join either our immigration or public law departments.

These are entry level positions for which no previous case working experience is required. Full training will be provided

You must have a good academic record (a minimum 2:1 degree) and be able to demonstrate commitment to working in a legal aid firm. Ideally you should be able to show a commitment to our areas of law through your academic studies or previous work experience, including voluntary or campaigning work.

These positions are suitable for those seeking a career as a caseworker and for those studying for their GDL, LPC or BVC part-time. For those looking to qualify as a solicitor this position may lead to a training contract after a minimum of 12 months satisfactory performance.
