Commercial litigator solicitor (1-3 years PQE)
Ideally 1-3 years PQE.
Our work involves franchising, professional negligence, insolvency, real estate litigation and general inter-company disputes. The majority of our work is high court litigation and includes multi-party multi-million pound disputes as well as some smaller county court claims.
You will be working as part of a team in the larger litigation cases and conducting your own county court and high court litigation.
You must demonstrate strong academics, good training at a commercial law firm, and excellent commercial awareness.
Salary is very competitive dependent on experience.
