Paralegal (real estate finance)

Our leading specialist real estate finance group is looking for a paralegal to join their team on a six-month fixed term contract basis.
You will either have strong finance related paralegal experience gained with a leading City or regional firm or have completed the LPC/your legal studies with strong grades.
Focussed on the funding of domestic and international real estate in all its forms, the team act for the leading financial institutions, investors, developers and funds. They are active in all sectors of the global real estate finance market including investment, development and structured financings, originations for CMBS and principal financing. The team work closely with senior lenders and mezzanine financiers and they have one of the leading syndication, sell down and A/B practices. The market leading reputation of the team ensures they act on some of the largest deals for highly sought after blue chip clients.
The scope of this role will be for the successful candidate to:
- Assist with the completion of finance transactions;
- Responsibility for post completion elements of finance transactions;
- Assisting with large scale scheduling and data input exercises from time to time; and
- Ad hoc legal tasks as they arise during the course of transactions.
