Basic job description
To assist our personal injury team in handling personal injury claims which fall under the ambit of the MOJ portal process. This includes taking client instruction, assessing medical evidence and managing claims through to conclusion. The successful candidate, after appropriate training, will be responsible for running their own portfolio of clients (under the supervision of the practice principal).

General attributes
The successful applicant will have a bright & personable attitude and the ability to talk to clients professionally. A willingness to work hard with strong initiative is also essential. Good English skills are preferable. A law degree is also essential. LPC preferred but not a formal requirement. The position may lead to training contract opportunities after two years with the firm. Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency is important. No job experience is required – full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
